“Wish we could take the apartment and the management company with us. Lived in the Cornelia/Marshfield building for 3 years. Absolutely loved the neighborhood. The building was regularly cleaned and de-iced. The balconies are beautiful. The laundry room is easy and affordable. But that's nothing compared to the responsiveness of the management team. Every single time we had an issue, they would take care of it, sometimes on the same day. That is invaluable.”

Shawn and Morrie are very responsive, and fixed any issue we had (which were very few, since our unit/building was so well-maintained) quickly and with little bother. I also appreciated the fact that unlike most landlords, they were proactive in preventing any potential issues - during this January's "polar vortex," Morrie was calling his tenants to make sure everyone was safe and knew to run the faucets at a slow drip to prevent pipes freezing. It was much appreciated! Our decision to move out was made more difficult than normal since we loved working with Central City Management so much. Would highly recommend!”

“I've been with them two years now (Elm St) and am very happy. It's a beautiful building, and kept in excellent repair. It's an old building, so there are issues sometimes; elevators break, etc. And yes, that's annoying. But the management response is always fast and thorough. And when I've needed something special, they have always been gracious. Having a bright, spacious, and not-too-overpriced apartment in the Gold Coast has been worth any inconvenience.”

This apartment has been amazing - the apartment itself is really nice with far more space than I ever would have guessed I could get for the rent; the building is well kept; and the location is great! Morrie and his staff are always professional, friendly, and responsive (even though I've had very few reasons over the past 3 years to need to reach out since everything runs smoothly in the apartment and building).
